CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final service balance. If you cancel or reschedule, the booking retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment, as well as same-day cancellations and no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
